I had an excellent experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the seamless access to Terminal 4 through a covered walkway, which made my arrival hassle-free. The attentive staff made me feel welcomed and the room was perfectly quiet for a restful night's sleep. However, dragging my luggage along the walkway was a bit of a workout. Overall, I found it to be great value for my London stopover.

My stay at the Premier Inn at Heathrow Terminal 4 was truly outstanding. The location made it so easy to walk from the terminal, and the noise insulation in the rooms was remarkable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep despite the busy airport atmosphere. The staff was genuinely welcoming and helpful, contributing to an overall positive experience. On the downside, during one of my previous stays, I found the bed harder than usual, which affected my sleep slightly. However, I will definitely return for the convenience and value for money.
